Shipping Policy

At Journi, every order is handcrafted with care and packaged with the same attention we put into creating our products. We appreciate your support and strive to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the shipping option selected.

Estimated shipping times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Journi is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for delivery rest with the carrier.

Journi is not liable for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit

  • Stolen after delivery

  • Delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged package

  • Photographs of the damaged product

We will review each situation individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • High shipping volume

These circumstances are outside of Journi's control, and shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

Journi currently ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

International Orders (If Offered)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Journi is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, requests to modify or cancel an order must be made immediately after purchase.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package may be subject to:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Restocking fees (if applicable)

  • Additional shipping charges to resend the order
